We live on the Gold Coast and simply love to travel. We’re always planning our next trip and believe going to new places and trying new things is what makes life worth living!
Nathan has travelled the US, UK and central Asia extensively with his background in IT consulting and Nadia has lived and travelled throughout Europe and the UK for almost a decade in the early stage of her commercial fashion career.
We’ve started our little consultancy after Nathan’s mum Pam needed help fulfilling a life long ambition to see the Hollywood sign in Los Angeles but didn’t know how to get started.
We’re not travel agents or holiday planners. We help you overcome one of the biggest challenges in travel today — understanding the technology needed to get you started and then from your home to your hotel overseas.

Are you travel agents?
No, we are not registered travel agents or associated with any travel company or airline. Think of us more like a technology company for people not confident with technology, who can help you use the tools you’ll need to communicate, organise itineraries and navigate new places outside Australia using your mobile phone.
Can you help me plan and book a trip?
We have a lot of travel experience and can provide you with skills and guidance on how to do it yourself! We will generally recommend you use an expert travel agent service to book flights, hotels and transfers if you decide you . Our goal is to make sure you have the confidence you need to “fill in the gaps” with travel, especially in today's technology-centric world.
What do you charge?
Our 30 minute introductory session is totally free, after that, we charge $80 per hour for general advice. For most subjects we have developed structured teaching courses for each subject, which we will provide you in writing with an obligation free quote after we learn about your requirements and needs.
Do I have to have a trip booked already?
No definitely not, in fact having some lead time is ideal as we can help you learn at your own pace.
How long does it take to learn what I need?
Each person learns differently; some people might only need one or two hours of general advice, others may need a more structured approach and plan. We provide a completely bespoke service to each client we work with and will always look after your best interests by providing a clear and structured plan for you to work from.
I don’t own a smart phone or I don’t think my phone is very good for travelling with, can you help me?
Yes, definitely - we can help make sure that the technology you have is fit for purpose, set up and ready. Please note, we are not a reseller of mobile phones and are completely device and telecoms provider agnostic.
Can you advise on Frequent Flyer Schemes or how to redeem points?
We are not experts with points schemes but we do know some other people who are and will happily introduce you.

What payments do you accept?
All payment methods are accepted including cash and we will provide a receipt for all transactions.
